Andrew and Jonathan undertook work for me to clear my roof of extensive moss growth. Their work and correspondence with me was very professional from start to finish. Our house with steep roof and terracotta roof tiles had lost their lustre and had extensive moss growth which regularly fell onto the patios and driveway. Andrew of Softwash came to advise on the cleaning process and we engaged him to clean the roof, patio and driveway. They first fully checked the entire roof for any damage and then removed, all the moss and any other accumulations that had built up over the 27 years since the house was newly built. After that the whole roof was washed with a soapy solution applied without pressure. The work was carried out very professionally and over the following few months the tiles returned to an as new colour and we are absolutely delighted with the result and the overall look of our house is refreshed and greatly improved. We moved into our house earlier this year and it badly needed the roof, guttering and other areas cleaned.
